The staff was efficient, the hotel was impeccably clean and placed in an old part of the city just off highway, stores, a quiet residential area.

Very pleasant stay in the safe area. The bed was great, the staff was kind. Breakfast offered lots of good meals. Twin bedroom with a huge bathroom.

Rooms were well-designed and non-smoking with comfy beds, breakfast was delicious. The staff was fabulous, I had a good experience. The superb view to mountain from its windows. Restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was lovely.

Rooms are huge, cozy bar. Easy check in and GOOD service throughout my stay. You could walk to a supermarket and stores.

Deluxe place, you know. Booked a deluxe single room with air conditioning, a personal safe and a writing table. Not to mention public parking, it was nearby. You can relax at Tiroler Weinstube, located nearby.

We think it's an excellent base for staying in Innsbruck. There are rooms for couples. It was moderately priced.

It was a budget hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. Glad to have a private safe, an electronic key card and a study table in the room. Easy to reach from Kranebitten airport, 10 minutes drive...

The bathrooms are extremely small.

we recommend it to all. overall it was an enjoyable stay. there was a train station not far away. a few steps away from frankys restaurant, where you can have lunch.
